The Faculty of Law is one of the oldest faculties of T.U. which was established in 1959 AD ( At the same time when TU was established) as an Institute of Law and it was renamed as the Faculty of Law in 1974 AD.
One of the interesting fact about Law college of TU is that the Law College was established in 1954 AD with an affiliation to Patna University of India. After establishment of T.U. in 1959 AD, the Law College was brought under the T.U.The Faculty of Law and now it is popular as a Nepal Law Campus and it is located at Exhibition Road, Kathmandu.
