Green Ventures Limited is going to issue 31,25,000 unit shares via an Initial Public Offering (IPO) from today. Out of the total issue, 93,750 units are allocated for employees while 1,56,250 is for mutual funds, and the remaining 28,75,000 shares are allocated for the individual public. Laxmi capital is the issue manager for the Green Ventures Limited IPO. Green Ventures Limited has developed a 52.4 MW run-of-river, Likhu-4 Hydropower Project (L4HP) in Okhaldhunga and the Ramechhap district of Nepal.
According to the company, the IPO of green ventures will open on 8th Chaitra and close on 11th Chaitra, 2078.
