Green Ventures Limited IPO Allotment On Sunday, Chaitra 20, 2078

Green Ventures Limited IPO allotment will be held coming Sunday, i.e. on Chaitra 20.  Green Ventures opened its IPO issue for 31,25,000 unit shares from 8th Chaitra. 28,75,000 shares are only available for the individual public. The issue closed at the early closing date on 11th Chaitra, 2078. The issue has been oversubscribed over 8.47 times.

According to CDSC, 21,11,649 applicants have applied for a total of 2,43,51,880 units but sadly only 2,87,500 applicants will be allotted 10 shares each. Green Ventures Limited has developed a 52.4 MW run-of-river, Likhu-4 Hydropower Project (L4HP) in Okhaldhunga and the Ramechhap district of Nepal.
