A few days ago, River Falls Power Limited (RFPL) issued an IPO of 7,00,000 units worth Rs 7 crore to the project affected locals of Sankhuwasabha District.
River Falls Power has concluded the allotment process of IPO for the project affected locals of Sankhuwasabha on Baisakh 19, 2079.
CARE Rating Nepal has assigned ‘CARE-NP BB-(Is)’ to River Hills Power Limited.
Out of the offered 27,30,000 units, 54,600 units are allotted for the employees of the company, 1,36,500 units have been set aside for the mutual funds and 25,38,900 units are for the general public. 10% of the company’s issued capital is already issued to the locals of the project area.
